Order days open on Sundays at 9am eastern time and as long as slots are available, orders can be placed until Friday at 9pm eastern.

There are only 5 slots available for Custom Sets each week and are offered on a first come first served basis.

Once all 5 slots are filled, orders will be temporarily closed until next Sunday at 9am. This allows me to focus on fulfilling the current orders for the week.

Orders placed after Friday 9pm will be processed when orders reopen on that following Sunday.

Before placing your order, please decide exactly what you want from the design to the shape,(Please see nail Shape, Size Guide(located on all product pages) as well as Solid Colors to see what I currently offer.) If you have inspo or any special requests feel free to include those when I contact you after receiving your order.

Unlike Custom Orders, Ready To Wear Sets are available to order at any time in any shapes and size in the listing.

Please Note:

**A Sizing Kit is the best way to ensure a perfect fit, but it is not required. If you do choose to purchase of a sizing kit it will go towards the price of your nail set. If you have ordered a custom set from me before, then I already have your sizes on file unless you change your shape. Each shape can be significantly different therefore making the nail sizes slightly small or bigger depending on that particular shape.

(If you already know your sizes then please include the sizes of both your left and right hand in Custom Size note field on the Custom Order product page right above the Add To Cart button.)

If you do choose to purchase a Sizing Kit, a blank sizing kit will be sent to you in the mail numbered 0-14 depending on the shape you ordered. Measure out your left hand and your right hand. Please remember that your dominate hand may be sightly larger than than your non-dominant. When sizing, each nail should fit side wall to side wall on your natural nail bed.

After you have sized out your nails, please write them in the spaces provided on the Sizing Kit card that was mailed to you. You can then either take a picture of the image or email the sizes to me along with your name an order number.

Once you have sent me your sizes I will confirm that I have received them, after that, decide what you want with your custom nail set, and then head on over to the Custom Order page to place your order. Please review your order to confirm everything is exactly right before checking out.**

With any custom order I will be in contact with you before processing, working on your nail set and during the production of your nail set to ensure that it looks the way you want it to before sending it out to you.

All custom orders take about 7-10 business days in total to process and ship.
